3. Completion of contract On placing the order, the customer is legally bound to pay for the goods.

4. Delivery times
4.1 The dispatch of the order (after receipt of payment) will be carried out by Planzer Paket or post. Please note that the delivery time does
not begin until payment has been made/printing approval has been given.
4.2 The delivery times specified by the company are based on information from the Swiss postal service or Planzer Paket. As the company has no influence on the length of time taken for delivery, it cannot accept any liability in the event of delay.
4.3 All the products will be dispatched together.
In the case of different delivery times, the longer will apply.
4.4 The length of time needed for processing and production will be communicated as soon
as the order is placed, in most cases a matter of 5 – 7 working days.

5. Dispatch
5.1 The customer bears the cost of shipping. In the event of any damage during transport caused by the carrier, LASERHAUS GmbH will not be held liable. Damage must be reported within eight days.

6. Terms of payment
6.1 Payment is to be made in advance in Swiss francs (CHF) via PayPal/Twint.
6.2 LASERHAUS reserves the right to change prices at any time.

7. Returns
In general, returns are not possible, as the products are personalised.

8. Defects
8.1 It is the responsibility of the customer to check the delivered products immediately to ensure that they are correct as ordered and complete. Complaints and defects must be sent in writing within five days to LASERHAUS GmbH. (see paragraph 5.1)
8.2 The colours on the monitor can deviate from the actual colour; this does not constitute grounds for complaint.
8.3 Wooden products: as wood is a natural product, there can be deviations in colour, grain or knotholes – this does not constitute grounds for complaint. The texture of the wood can alter the colour and intensity of the engraving. Smoke residues can arise in the course of production and do not constitute grounds for

9. Data protection
Data protection is covered by Swiss data protection laws.

10. Third party rights
The customer alone is responsible for obtaining the necessary approval for use of copyrighted, branded or personal pictures sent to the company. In the event of claims by third parties made to LASERHAUS GmbH regarding infringement of such rights in connection with the customer’s order, the customer is bound to deal with these claims and bear the costs thereof.
Damages claims will be ignored by LASERHAUS GmbH.

11.Copyright law
Copyrights on all products produced by LASERHAUS GmbH belong in principle to the company. The terms of federal law of 09/10/1992 grant the company these rights and related protection rights (current status as of 23 March 2004). Consequently, the customer must not make any changes, particularly regarding design or details, to the relevant products without the consent of the company. Furthermore, the company is entitled to mark any of its works for copyright purposes in any form it chooses.

12. Use
The customer has the right to use ideas and products created by the company within the terms of the contract. Unless anything else has been explicitly agreed, use on the part of the customer is confined to first time use. Should the contract papers or parts thereof be handed over to the customer, these can be used or reused by the customer solely within the terms of the contract; in particular, these documents must not be used for other promotional purposes. The customer is required to inform the company about any further use, and compensate accordingly.

13. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Schaffhausen.
